On-site activity at Broadoaks Park continues to grow rapidly, with the second phase of homes soon to launch. Consisting of expansive four to seven bedroom detached properties, each with large private gardens and private parking, the second phase adds a variety of family homes to the handful of apartments and houses remaining in phase one.
On-site activity at Broadoaks Park, Octagon’s flagship development in West Byfleet, continues to grow rapidly, with only a few homes remaining in phase one, and the second phase launching soon.
Reflecting the huge demand for family living in this parkland community, five homes have already been reserved within the second phase, ahead of the official launch.
As the build progresses, buyers can now visit our on-site sales team to see Broadoaks Park in person, with socially distanced viewings available by appointment only. Buyers can explore soon to be complete homes, as well as get a feel for the expansive green spaces which characterise the development.
Kati Salmon, Sales Manager at Broadoaks Park, comments, “We are brilliantly busy with tours for potential buyers – after a few months where we were restricted to virtual viewings, there is now huge appetite to see Broadoaks Park in person. The most notable feedback we hear time and time again is the impressive open, green space and setting. Right at the entrance to the development is a huge picturesque green, leading up to the majestic Grade II Listed Broadoaks Mansion. It’s a real rarity for a new development, and has become a major talking point for both local buyers and those moving from the capital and beyond. Such a low-density scheme means every homeowner can enjoy a real sense of space, as well as their own beautiful property built to Octagon’s award-winning standards.”
Buyers will soon be able to visit Octagon’s new marketing suite located within one of the site’s Listed outbuildings. Launching this Autumn, buyers will be able to see the high specification in person, explore the 3D site model and talk to our sales team one-on-one, in a setting appropriate for such an impressive development.
