At Octagon , we are continuing to adjust the way we are working to follow the latest government guidelines. Our primary focus is always the health and wellbeing of our employees, our clients, representatives and the wider public, and we are striving hard to maintain the professional service we have offered over the past 40 years in the housebuilding industry.

We confirm we have complied with the government’s
guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19.

• We have carried out appropriate COVID-19 risk assessments at our offices, construction sites, and sales centres and shared the results with the people that work here
• We have cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with guidance

• We have taken all reasonable steps to help our employees work from home
• We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m
  distance in the workplace
• Where people cannot be 2m apart, we have done everything practical to manage transmission risk
