Our focus is to identify suitable land for residential schemes. When it comes to sourcing and buying land, we understand that effective collaboration is key to our success. In addition to working with landowners directly, we also liaise with land agents. We recognise and generously reward effective land introductions and where appropriate, will re-instruct agents with new home sales.
