From Listed restorations to new build mansions

Current projects include a substantial and remarkable restoration of a Listed home in Surrey, due to complete in 2025. The impressive property is steeped in history, with 400-year-old trusses, resident peacocks, and a working well. The Octagon Bespoke team are working hard on restoring and enhancing the stunning 16^th century farmhouse, ultimately delivering our client’s dream home.

Another current Octagon Bespoke project is the design and build of a  stunning home new home on a prime residential road in North London. This 7,500 sqft property features five bedrooms, a pool area with Jacuzzi and two terraces. The home’s beautiful structure will be enhanced by an impressive green oak timber frame to emulate properties of the Tudor era – an unusual request for a new build, but a project which will produce a spectacular home for our clients upon completion.
