After over 40 years of experience building luxury homes exclusively for the prime property sector, I am delighted to announce that Octagon have just added to the family with a new division called Chancery.
We have long realised there are not enough new quality homes in the more accessible midmarket price band, and with our extensive build knowledge and expertise, we are confident that we will be able to provide high quality properties in well-connected areas to this rapidly developing audience. Providing the same expertise and infrastructure as Octagon, we will be able to meet the demand to offer an alternative choice of housing to a new client base, who will benefit from the trust and quality synonymous with the Octagon name.
The first Chancery development called Burnham Court will be in Burnham Village in Buckinghamshire. The collection of 58 properties offers contemporary one and two bedroom apartments through to three bedroom townhouses with private gardens, with prices ranging from £260,000 to £645,000. The homes are a short walk from Burnham train station, which runs a regular 36-minute service into London Paddington. A furnished show home and the first completed properties will be launched in early 2021.
The introduction of Chancery will create new and exciting opportunities for the company, allowing us to address the evolving needs within the property market, whilst still retaining our excellent reputation for building the very best luxury homes and developments at the top end of the market through Octagon and Octagon Bespoke divisions.
