Sold Out at Bishops Row

17/11/2020

We are delighted to announce that all nine townhouses at Bishops Row in Fulham have now sold, following a burst of sales over the past few months.

We have exchanged on six townhouses in the last nine months alone, each ranging from £3.3m to £4.5m, in what has been one of Octagon’s busiest sales periods in the company’s 40 year history.

Set along a sought-after stretch of the Thames, Bishops Row is a rare collection of nine super-sized family townhouses, each offering between 4,375 – 6,150 sq ft of living space spread vertically across five floors.

Tim Banks, CEO of Octagon, comments: “It is a tremendous accomplishment that we have been able to agree and progress sales in such quick succession during the past few months, and a fantastic reflection of the hard work of the entire Octagon team.

“Despite the much-discussed narrative of families upping sticks from the capital in favour of the countryside, our flurry of sales at Bishops Row suggests that delivering top quality, well-designed homes in premium postcodes continues to have huge appeal at the top-end of the market.

Many buyers, especially in the international market, continue to be drawn to the bright lights of London.

“I’d like to personally wish the owners the very best of luck and hope they enjoy their new Octagon homes.”

Octagon has an established reputation for building the highest quality of housing across the capital, with a number of bespoke homes currently being built and restored in St John’s Wood and Knightsbridge. Octagon are also currently marketing Eagle House, a Grade II* Listed Jacobean manor house on Wimbledon Village High Street, converted into eight luxury apartments.
