• Am I still able to view/reserve a home with Octagon?

In line with government guidelines, we are now able to offer viewings at all of our developments on an appointment only basis. We have additional health and safety processes in place to protect both our clients and our team and will be following social distancing measures throughout all appointments. More information on this will be provided from our sales representative when booking your appointment.

For those who would prefer to speak to our sales representatives from home, we are still holding appointments with clients over the phone, via email, or in some cases, via video call. We are able to offer virtual walk throughs, videos and imagery of almost all of our currently available developments and can share brochures and floorplans of individual homes.

We can take a reservation fee over the phone and manage all paperwork remotely.


Yes. We can put you in touch with the relevant sales representative, who will be able to discuss this further.


We would be delighted to speak with you about your upcoming project and can arrange a phone/video call at a time that’s convenient to you. There are many elements of your project that we can begin work on during the current situation.


We have been working hard to limit any delays to all of our current and forthcoming projects. Each home and site is unique, being at different stages of the build process – please speak to a member of the sales team who can discuss any impact or delay there may be on your new home.


Keeping our staff safe is our number one priority, and as a low density housebuilder we feel confident that we can continue to work on site safely whilst following government guidelines. All of the Octagon team have been briefed on new health and safety measures.

We are continually reviewing this approach and will adapt as necessary.

We cannot comment on the work practises of other companies.


Our after-sales team are now working from home and are available over the phone, via email, or in some cases, via video call. If you have any problems, we will assist from afar where possible, and arrange plans for non-urgent issues to be rectified as soon as it is safe to do so. Emergency repairs will still be going ahead, but we are taking extra precautions for the health and safety of both our clients and staff. Please contact the after-sales team for more information.
