Chancery Homes, part of the Octagon Group, is set to launch its next prime site; Luna Place on More Lane in Esher, Surrey.

Comprising 25 one and two bedroom apartments, the design-led development will meet industry demand for more high quality, accessibly priced apartments in the Surrey area.

This launch follows Chancery Homes’ debut in Buckinghamshire with the award-winning Burnham Court in 2020 – now all sold – and subsequent purchase of Hampton Court Estate, a highly desirable 1.59-acre brownfield site, located just moments from the River Thames and Hampton Court train station.
