Press Breakfast Launch – Townhouses on the Thames

Last week, Octagon Developments opened the doors of their latest development, Bishops Row, with a VIP breakfast event at the brand new development of nine grandly proportioned townhouses in Fulham.

With over 50 attendees, including over 20 press guests, the exclusive launch involved tours of our new showhouse, as well as a delicious Italian breakfast prepared and served by Michelin starred neighbour, The River Café.

In attendance were journalists from national publications including The Times, Country and Townhouse and Conde Nast, as well as representatives from local publications including Fulham Residents Journal and London Property South.

CEO, Tim Banks commented; “It was a delight to see such a fantastic turnout of press for the launch of our new homes in Fulham. Having not been in London for a few years, we were delighted at the warm reception we received for our new showhouse. It is reassuring that demand for our luxury new builds remains strong in the capital.”

The nine luxury townhouses sit alongside the Fulham banks of the River Thames, with each offering between 4,375 – 6,150 sq ft of living space. Finished to the high specification synonymous with the Octagon brand, each home features exceptional finishing touches including bespoke staircases, modern limestone fireplaces and an innovative covered courtyard garden with “walk-on” glass ceiling.

Bishops Row is moments from Fulham’s vibrant mix of shops, restaurants and bars, whilst Bishops Park and the river provide some peace and quiet. Nearby Ofsted ‘outstanding’ rated schools include Fulham Cross Girls School, London Oratory School as well as independent schools such as Fulham Prep School.

The new Showhome is open Thursdays to Mondays 10am – 4pm or by appointment. Guide Prices from £4.995m. For more information call Octagon on 020 8481 7500.
