Broadoaks Park, West Byfleet

We were both delighted and encouraged by the high turnout of local West Byfleet residents at our recent Broadoaks Park Consultation on Monday 5th March, where we presented our new plans and perspectives for this landmark development.

Visitors overwhelmingly welcomed the revised presentation, which includes an elegant retirement apartment scheme and specialist nursing home in place of the now retracted secondary school proposal.

This unique and exclusive new development will offer an appealing mix of residential properties, ranging from 2 bedroom apartments to spacious detached 5 bedroom family homes. The existing Grade II listed mansion, alongside its adjoining lodges, coach house and ornamental gardens, will be beautifully restored and converted into luxury homes.

We have reviewed the comments and feedback received from the Consultation and plan to submit the proposal by the end of the month.
