Church Road is one of the best residential roads in the heart of East Molesey.  Chapel View is only 0.3 miles from the centre where there is a range of boutique restaurants, cafes, pubs and high street named shops. Hampton Court is the closest train station approximately 0.6 miles from the site, offering regular services (every 30 minutes) into London Waterloo with an approximate journey time of 40 minutes. The M3 is approximately 4.7 miles from the site and provides direct links to the M25, Ascot, Camberley, Basingstoke, Winchester, Southampton and onto the M27. Free of the gridlocked traffic jam and pollution currently afflicting many south west London postcodes, East Molesey sits snugly in rather regal surroundings, under the watchful eye of  the mighty Hampton Court Palace, as well as Royal Bushy Park; a park of several hundred acres known for its free roaming deer, and formerly a popular hunting ground frequented by Henry VIII. The area is renowned for its excellent local schooling which includes St Lawrence C of E, Hampton Court House and St Pauls Catholic Primary School.
