Following Broadoaks Park’s major launch of homes earlier this year, demand for the fourth phase at the prestigious country estate continues to accelerate, with just six properties now remaining.⁠ Part of a new development comprising 126 properties, the fourth phase of 20 expansive family homes have sold extremely quickly.

Attracting a wide range of individuals, from professional couples to retirees and families, sales at Broadoaks Park have firmly established itself as one of Octagon’s most successful developments to date. Demonstrating its desirability, 25% of homes in Phase Four at Broadoaks Park were reserved within one week of launching in early 2022.
