Octagon Developments Wins Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction

Octagon In-House Gold Award

We are delighted to have achieved a ‘Gold Award’ in the latest customer satisfaction awards presented by In-House Research.

The ‘Gold Award’ is accredited to businesses that are able to achieve a customer recommendation score of 90% or above. The judging is based solely on customer survey feedback, received between January and December 2020, with Octagon significantly out-performing the requirement to achieve ‘Gold’ credentials. An astounding 100% of clients surveyed said they would recommend Octagon to a friend.

Octagon’s ‘Gold Award’ is the latest in the developer’s string of industry awards, demonstrating their sector-leading approach to every element of luxury housebuilding; from design and construction to sales and after-care.
