Summer of Sales Leads into Autumn

As the leaves turn brown and begin to fall, there’s only one word on everyone’s lips – and the housebuilding industry is no different. But here at Octagon, it’s business as usual as we head into the colder months following a super summer of sales.

Showing the continued trust and confidence in the brand during the turbulent political times, we were delighted to celebrate an exceptional series of sales, securing £20 million of turnover across three of our latest projects in London and Berkshire.

With a range of asking prices from £3.75m to £15m, this is not only a great testament to the continued hard work and exceptional craftmanship of the Octagon team, but also an uplifting reflection on the luxury property market as a whole, as we look forward to taking on whatever challenges may await in the next few months.

Alongside the growth in our design and build service, Octagon Bespoke, the overwhelming response to our new flagship development at Broadoaks Park in West Byfleet has been encouraging, with the first house due to complete in Spring 2020. The team are now taking reservations on the first phase of new build and beautifully restored properties, which range from 2 bedroom apartments to 6 bedroom detached family homes.

Also due to launch in Spring 2020 is Hampton Place in Virginia Water. This magnificent home of grand proportions will include a 6 bedroom suites, a leisure complex and lift to all floors – located within a south west backing plot on the prestigious Wentworth Estate.

As a company that has been building for over 40 years, we are no stranger to change – being a business that has always adapted to market demands and also fortunate to continue to attract some of the very best talent within the house-building industry.

On which note, I am delighted to announce that we have appointed two new people to join the Octagon team  – a Financial Director and Interior Specifier, who we look forward to welcoming to Weir House before the end of the year.
