A season of growth – from Tim Banks, CEO

After almost 5 years of planning, our site at Broadoaks Park in West Byfleet has finally gone live, and due to the considerable interest from our patient, prospective purchasers, we will be launching the first phases off-plan in the first quarter of 2019.

Our Octagon Bespoke division has seen an increasing demand for new design and build contracts, from new clients for complete homes as well as sizable extensions for existing Octagon homeowners.

I am proud to say that Octagon is still considered the benchmark in design and building of quality homes, and this will continue and be central to our future strategy and in tune with growing demand, we will also be focusing on building desirable homes that are more affordable, appealing to a wider market.

With a significant increased work load, we welcomed five new executives to our Weir House headquarters last month:

• Roman Stuller – Architectural Technician
• Mike Guard – Land Buying
• Dean Johnson – Site Manager
