Wall Hall Mansion
At the recent Daily Mail Property Awards and What House Awards, the building industry's 'Oscars', the magnificent Grade II listed converted mansion at Wall Hall in Aldenham received three major gongs - a Daily Mail Five Star Award for Best Conversion and two What House Silver Awards, one for Best Luxury Development and the second for Best Renovation.

Make Mine Bespoke
May 2009True to Octagon’s relentless drive to raise the standards of excellence, the company have introduced a brand new division called Octagon Bespoke.
This is in response to pleas from a select band of discerning clients, wishing to create their very own dream home, but with the added security and assurance of the Octagon brand.
The award winning in-house design team work in close co-operation with building department on all Bespoke projects, under the guidance of Octagon director John Pope, who explains,
"Past clients for Bespoke have included people who live in an excellent location, but in a rather uninspiring or tired house, who are itching to replace it with their dream home. We have also had international business entrepreneurs who like the idea of our classic understated exterior designs, but wish to combine all the latest construction techniques and interior innovations"
Interested parties wishing to redevelop their own house or plot will initially meet with John Pope to discuss their preferred location, size of home required, and the budget. The client is then introduced to Tony Taylor, Octagon’s director of planning and design. This is where the real fun begins, as plans and drawings start to materialise for their made to measure property. Once the project is complete, every Bespoke property is eligible to receive vital after sales support provided by Octagon’s own customer care team,
