Steady Sales in Luxury Sector

Octagon have been enjoying a consistent selling period, and this included the traditional no go area for purchasers, the long summer vacation.
“We have seen well over £20m of properties sold, and most at asking prices since mid June,” comments Octagon’s Group MD Graham Weiss. “Quite astonishing for what is recognised as irregular trading times in the housing sector, but proving the point yet again, that maintaining our stringent quality levels, pays off for both the purchaser and ourselves.”
Recent sales include Octagon’s first waterfront property in Bray, Berkshire, detached country homes in exclusive Kingswood, Moor Park, Esher and Edenbridge, two large townhomes in Weybridge, and the last two townhouses in the outstandingly successful Grand Terrace at Richmond Lock.
