Three Decades of Design Perfection

Octagon was founded thirty years ago with one main aim: to design and build properties of the highest standards in specification and finish.  Since that time they have established an unprecedented reputation, and been on the receiving end of over a hundred awards, for constructing homes of outstanding quality and excellence.

The two founding partners, Roger Wyatt and David James, both Chartered Surveyors, are still actively involved in the company today; David is currently Chairman, and Roger, now retired, is a non-executive Director. It is their dedication and enthusiasm that has focused the entire Octagon company, from Board Directors through to Site Managers, to achieve the thirty uninterrupted years of successful design, build and sales.

The Octagon team, determined to keep the company at the top of the luxury house brands, have always focused on developing prestigious homes in prime residential areas. Most of their sites are within the M25, ranging in price from £1m-£25m. In addition, they have now introduced Octagon Bespoke, a made to measure service for those clients with an individual wish list for their dream home, with budgets of £2m upwards.
