Judges from the Daily Telegraph and Your New Home magazine chose Octagon’s historic mansion at Wall Hall for their Best Conversion Award.
The Grade II listed building with its splendid Victorian Gothic façade has been sensitively converted into 7 remarkable homes, each a one off, where original period details have been lovingly retained and restored.
Wall Hall, Octagon’s flagship Hertfordshire development, is in the village of Aldenham, near Radlett. It has attracted a number of awards in former years for its new build homes set within the 55 acres of private landscaped grounds. The mansion is the very last phase to be released, and has attracted a lot of attention both through the press, and with awards judges.
