Octagon Kick Off Awards Season

At this time of year, Octagon are busily preparing their submissions for a round of prestigious design awards, putting forward their finest properties against respected competitors, intent on wining another clutch of gongs for the best in luxury build.

First up is news that in the hotly contested Evening Standard New Homes Awards, Crossacres, Octagon’s stunning one off mansion on the Wentworth Estate, which was submitted for Best Luxury House, and Long Walk Villas, the super sized townhouses in Windsor, for Best Small Development, have both been shortlisted

and visited by the judging panel. So here’s hoping for a successful outcome when the winners are announced during the glittering Dorchester Hotel celebrity-hosted ceremony in May.

Following on swiftly, Octagon received news from the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) that the company has been shortlisted as a finalist for their 2015 Central Division Building Excellence Awards, and the results will be made public at their Annual Dinner, held in April.
